At Salzburg’s Europark, shoppers will find everything they could wish for under one roof. In what is probably Europe’s most beautiful shopping centre, more than 130 shops are waiting to spoil customers with their products and services. The design is by the renowned Roman architect Massimiliano Fuksas, who created the unique overall concept for the complex, the green spaces, the unusual façade, the main building and the remarkable wave-shaped roof. As soon as you arrive, it is clear that this is a very special shopping centre and that shopping here will be a real experience. The centre opened on 24 September 1997 and has made plenty of positive headlines ever since. Its 50,700 m² provide space for a wide range of different retail concepts, and it has been steadily expanded, with an ever greater variety of shops.

Here, shoppers will find everything their heart desires – and quite a few things they never knew they wanted. Of Salzburg’s many shopping options, it is the most popular centre, and it is quick and easy to reach by car: you can’t miss it, right on the A1 West Motorway via the Salzburg-Klessheim exit. The Hotel zur Post is only a few minutes from the Europark by car or taxi, so it is ideal for a spontaneous shopping trip. The Europark offers its visitors 4,200 free parking spaces, so arriving by car doesn’t end in a frantic search for a space as it does in the city centre. A shopping trip to the Europark is relaxed from the very start. The Europark is also easy and stress-free to reach by public transport – again, just a few minutes from the hotel.
