A unique added value that Salzburg offers its guests!
During your stay, you can use a free public transport ticket for the entire Salzburg area. Independent and free, travel comfortably and for free by bus and train between Krimml and Wolfgangsee. For our guests throughout the whole Salzburg region.
Your arrival
By car
Take the “Flughafen” (Airport) motorway exit towards Salzburg, go straight on at the first roundabout and through the underpass, turn left towards Salzburg at the first junction, then turn right at the fourth set of traffic lights (T-junction) towards the centre into Maxglaner Hauptstraße 45. You will find the Hotel zur Post on the left-hand side of the street. Charging for your electric car is available.
By airplane
5 minutes by taxi or by bus line 10 towards the centre – stop “Schwedenstraße” – (Hotel zur Post + Villa Ceconi) – 3 minutes walk to Hotel zur Post.
By train
From Salzburg Main Station – Bus line 1 towards Europark, stop “Eichetstraße”.
Accessible arrival at the hotel
The public areas of our hotel are FULLY ACCESSIBLE – and our city offers a comprehensive service too. Most trolleybuses provide easy, step-free access. Salzburg Airport also offers a service for passengers with reduced mobility.
