Shopping Arena

True to its motto “Shopping and fun for the whole family”, the Shopping Arena in Salzburg offers visitors a colourful mix of shops and services. Set in the region around Salzburg, the centre makes a strong impression with its bright, friendly ambience. High-quality materials and light-filled architecture create a special atmosphere that invites you to stroll, shop and linger. More than 70 specialist shops in the Shopping Arena have something for every visitor. In the shopping centre, which reopened in 2015, customers will find everything under one roof, just as at the Europark and the Kiesel Passage:
clothing, sports, telecommunications and electronics; jewellery, media, perfume, and a wide and varied range of food and restaurants.

The Shopping Arena also runs a regular programme for children, from craft afternoons to puppet shows – there should be something for everyone. There is also a childcare service, the “Bären Arena”. So there is plenty for kids to do at the Shopping Arena Alpenstraße! Many shops also run changing promotions, so you can even grab a bargain at breakfast, lunch or a well-earned coffee break. There is also a wide range of services, such as lifts, cash machines, customer toilets, customer service staff and phone booths.

Located right on Alpenstraße at Ginzkeyplatz, close to the hotel, the shopping centre is easy to reach via Alpenstraße from all directions.
There is plenty of parking, and bus lines 3, 8, 28 and 840 stop right outside.

A good tip: from the nearby Hotel zur Post, the shopping centre is an easy few minutes by bus or car. There is also plenty of parking at the hotel.
